2005 American Catholic Press Benefit
Above, Father Michael Gilligan confers the Gratiam Dei Award on Norma McCorvey, who is "Jane Roe" of the 1973 Roe v. Wade
decision of the United State Supreme Court. Miss Norma is now an
articulate spokesperson for the pro-life cause. In 1998, she was
welcomed into the Catholic Church by
Father Pavone.

Holland) which uses the Leaflet Missal. So does Holy Name of Mary Parish (Chicago), where Father Flynn is pastor.

Gilligan. Back in the 1990s, Pete Ruhl was chief loan officer for
Suburban Federal Savings. He set up the property mortgage needed at that

After her presentation at the ACP Benefit, Norma McCorvey went to Sunday Mass the following morning, at St. Rocco Oratory
in Chicago Heights. There, she delivered a similar, pro-life
message, which was well received and much appreciated.
